Jackson Galaxy Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Good experience, with one minor snag

My order from Jackson Galaxy arrived yesterday, and I'm pretty happy with everything overall. I picked up some of the Spirit Essences holistic remedies, specifically the Stress Stopper, for my anxious tabby. The website was easy enough to navigate, and I signed up for the email list to grab that new customer discount, which saved me about 15%. Delivery was fairly quick, though I did have a tiny issue finding where to input the coupon code at checkout – it wasn't immediately obvious, but I found it eventually. The product itself seems high quality and well-packaged, though it's too early to tell if it's working wonders for my cat just yet. I was also glad to see they have some great stuff for dogs too, not just cats like Tuft + Paw or Meowingtons.

Good stuff, but shipping was slow

The cat caves are really well made, and my cat took to them immediately, which is always a win. I was hoping to get them sooner though, it took over a week for my order to arrive, which was a bit of a bummer since I'm used to faster shipping from places like Chewy.

Good quality, but shipping could be better

I grabbed a Jackson Galaxy cat tree during the big sale last week, and my cats absolutely love it. It's really sturdy and much better than some of the flimsy ones you see at Petco or PetSmart. My only minor gripe is that I wish they offered international shipping, as I had to use a reshipper to get it to me. The Galaxy Rewards program is pretty neat though for repeat customers.

solid stuff, like chewy but better selection

better than petco for unique items, got a great window perch for my cat, delivery was kinda slow though.

Always a great experience!

My order from last week arrived in 4 days, which is consistent with previous purchases.

So happy with my order!

Has anyone else tried the Solutions - Stress Stopper for their cats? It works wonders! I combined it with an enzymatic cleaner for a fresh start, and the house smells great. I always sign up for the email list for new customer discounts and earn points with Galaxy Rewards. Definitely shopping again!

finally got those shelves!

got about 15% off with an email sign-up code. the jackson galaxy wall-mounted cat shelves are great. installation was pretty easy, my cats love climbing them. big improvement over what i had from chewy.

Always reliable, just wish the brushes weren't so pricey

Another solid order from Jackson Galaxy! I've been a repeat customer for a while now, always checking for deals here before I buy. My cats absolutely love the brushes, especially the 'GoFurIt Deshedding Tool' – it's a lifesaver with all the shedding. I only wish the grooming tools weren't quite so expensive compared to what I've seen at Petco, even with a discount. Still, their stuff is reliable.

Good toys, slow shipping

I ordered a few Groundwork cat toys and a catnip silvervine blend last month. The toys are well-made; my cats really like them. The silvervine was a hit too. Shipping took over a week though, which felt a bit long. I also wish they offered free shipping on slightly smaller orders, not just over $75.

Cat tree, fast arrival

Got a Jackson Galaxy cat tree. Setup was easy. My cat uses it a lot. Delivered in 4 days. Happy with the purchase.
